What we collect

Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google or Apple. The meetings TCMAG transcribes for you and the documents you add. Your plan and payment status; we never see your card number.

How we use it

Only to run TCMAG for you: to sign you in, transcribe your meetings, find answers in your documents, and manage your plan. We don't sell your information or use it for ads.

Sign in with Google or Apple

We receive your name and email address (and your profile picture from Google) and use them only to create your account and sign you in. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

Only with the service providers that run TCMAG for us (hosting, sign-in, payments, transcription and AI), and when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can delete your documents in the app at any time. To get a copy of your information or delete your account, email us.
